Your most important tasks will be:
- Prepare budgets, as well as follow up on deviations and propose measures
- Prepare monthly and annual accounts
- Contribute to the financial follow-up of projects and deliveries globally
- Contribute to further developing ZP's digital journey within the financial area
- Further development and improvement of models, routines and processes
- Quality assured parts of the accounts
- Carry out reconciliations and follow-up of accounts
- Follow up the company's various insurance matters, both personal and damage
- Process payroll and follow up on personnel matters against NAV, the tax authority, etc.
- Invoicing and following up on outstanding receivables
- Support on administrative and HR-related tasks
Candidates for the position have a higher education in economics and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience from controlling, auditing or accounting. Experience from a production or project environment is positive. It is necessary that candidates is excellent in Excel and have an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving. We would like to see that you are proactive and have the ability to create good relationships with colleagues, customers and partners. Working languages are mainly English.
