Dansac and Hollister Norge is seeking a National Sales & Market Access Manager to lead and inspire our Norwegian team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share gains, ensuring the effective execution of strategic plans, and leading our dedicated team of specialists in Ostomy and Continence Care. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams both local and in the broader organization and work closely with the Sales Director Nordics to achieve our goals. This role encompasses both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and it's your opportunity to contribute to shape the future of healthcare in Norway.

We believe you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of three years of sales management experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry, and strong leadership skills.
